The Moden Method

Your marketing gets them interested. The Method gives them a reason to buy.

A three-month, one-to-one strategy engagement for beauty, wellness, creative and lifestyle brands ready for more qualified enquiries, stronger full-price sales and clearer growth decisions.

Where the problem shows up

You know people want what you sell. You are ready for growth to stop depending on another busy week of marketing.

Service brands

The calendar is busy. The pipeline is not convincing.

  • Enquiries arrive, but too many are poor fit or disappear.
  • Sales calls begin with education and end with “I need to think.”
  • Your selling has become “applications are open” or “book your first class.”
  • You are still doing the work the marketing should have done before the call.
Product brands

People browse, like and wait for a reason to buy.

  • Traffic and engagement rise faster than conversion.
  • “Shop our best sellers” is doing too much of the selling.
  • Promotions create spikes, then teach customers to wait.
  • More ad spend sends more people into the same hesitation.

From attention to revenue

Your marketing got their attention. Now watch what happens next.

The journey to revenue Watch where buyers disappear before revenue.
Attention is entering. That does not tell us whether it is qualified.
Some of the numbers were never buyers in the first place.
The right people can still leak out before they are ready to buy.
Data shows us where they leave. Customer language tells us why.
A stronger journey gives qualified buyers a reason to keep moving.
What the numbers can hide

You can be seen by thousands and still be speaking to people who were never going to buy.

Generic reach can inflate views, likes and follower numbers without bringing in enough of the people who have the problem, desire and buying intent your offer is built for.

Questions worth investigating

What customers need to know before they choose.

An interested customer may still need clarity on the problem, the fit, the value or the next step. Rather than guess, we look at what customers ask and where they drop off.

01What problem am I trying to solve?

02Why should I choose this over another option?

03Will it suit my needs and circumstances?

04Is what I’ll get worth what it costs?

05What would help me feel ready to take the next step?

The diagnosis

We use the data to locate the drop-off. Then customer language tells us why.

I analyse all your marketing, website behaviour, enquiries, sales conversations, comments and DMs. Then we do market research with the customers you want more of, so the strategy is built on evidence not assumptions dressed up as content ideas.

What a stronger buying journey does

It gives the right people a reason to keep moving.

Not every view should become a sale. But qualified buyers should not keep disappearing because your marketing left an important question unanswered.

Three months from now

Clearer enquiries. Stronger reasons to buy. A plan for what comes next.

The enquiry

Sales conversations stop starting from zero.

Better-fit prospects arrive understanding what you solve and why it matters. You spend less time educating time-wasters and more time deciding whether the fit is mutual.

The purchase

Your offer does not need a discount or repetitive CTA to do all the work.

Products are connected to the problem, desire and outcome. Services are understood before the call. Buyers have a stronger reason to act at full price.

The next move

You know what deserves more of your time.

You or your team can see which organic content is moving buyers closer to a sale, what needs refining and what is worth repeating.

Here is how it works

Three months to find what is holding sales back, rebuild the strategy and put it into market.

This is not a template handed over after one call. Each month builds on the evidence from the one before it.

You share the customer feedback, enquiries, sales conversations, performance data, offer and marketing already in motion. I analyse where the buying decision breaks and which constraint is costing the business most.

By the end of month oneYou know where sales are getting stuck, why buyers hesitate there and what needs to be fixed first.

I build your buyer-led marketing strategy around what you sell, who buys it, what they need to hear and believe based on the market research we do in month one, your category and commercial goals.

By the end of month twoYou have the messaging and customer journey that will guide your organic content, pages, emails and sales conversations.

We turn the strategy into prioritised organic content based on where your customers are dropping off in the buying journey, so you or your team knows what to create, what it needs to say and what to measure.

By the end of month threeYou have a focused 90-day organic marketing plan, clear priorities and a way to see what is moving buyers closer to a sale.

Your access to Victoria

You do not get a strategy document and a polite good luck.

For three months, I am inside the decisions with you. I lead the diagnosis and strategy, then help you or your team turn it into organic marketing that can actually be used.

01

Weekly private strategy support

We work through your customer insights, marketing performance and current challenges together. You have space to ask questions, test your thinking and leave with clear priorities for what happens next.

02

Feedback on the marketing you are creating

Bring the content, messaging or customer-journey decision you are working on. I help you sharpen what it says, the buying barrier it addresses and the next step it gives your audience.

03

Help making sense of the response

As you activate the strategy, we look at what your audience and performance data are telling us. I help you decide what to refine, what to repeat and where to focus your effort next.

04

The thinking behind the recommendations

I explain why we are making each decision, so you or your team can apply the same thinking to future content, campaigns and offers. You build confidence in your own judgement as we work.

Is the Moden Method right for you?

If you have a strong offer, real customers and marketing in motion, but sales still rely on you posting harder, explaining more or reaching for another promotion, yes.

The Method is built for product and service brands in beauty, wellness, lifestyle and creative industries, typically generating $15K–$60K+ months.

Before you apply

A few things worth knowing.

Is this strategy or implementation?

It is a done-with-you strategic engagement. Moden leads the diagnosis, messaging, journey and prioritisation. You or your team activate the plan, with direction and feedback throughout the engagement.

Do I need an internal marketing team?

No. The plan is shaped around the resources you actually have. You do need the capacity to implement agreed priorities yourself or through existing contractors or team members.

Will this create more work for me?

The goal is focus, not volume. Expect to contribute customer and business evidence, attend private strategy sessions and activate agreed priorities. We remove the marketing that has no clear job before adding anything new.

Why are places limited?

This is private strategic work, not a course or template library. Capacity is intentionally limited so every client receives direct analysis, weekly support and feedback.

Make the next three months answer the question the last three could not.

Why are people paying attention but still not buying often enough?
